Engine pipe

Individual components and sub-assemblies, consisting of tubes, for oil, water and air conduction in carbon steel with/without different surface coatings such as cataphoresis, zinc plating, etc.

Structural part

Individual components and sub-assemblies for applications such as Engine Cradle and Cross Car Beam made from high yield strength materials.

Seat structure

Individual components and sub-assemblies for different functions such as handles, backrest, armrests, seat hinge, etc.

Exhaust pipe

Individual components and sub-assemblies for the exhaust system made from tube or sheet metal in austenitic and ferritic stainless materials, as well as aluminised tube.

Pressure pipe

Individual components and sub-assemblies, made up of welded tubes and supports and/or fitting assemblies, in stainless steel material through which a pressurised fluid circulates, so that sealing requirements are important. It is manufactured with universal or specific equipment and uses tube bending and flaring, welding, marking and leakage control technologies, with fully automated cells in accordance with production.

Fluid transport pipe / EGR

Individual components and sub-assemblies, through which water or air circulates with a large quantity of water vapour, manufactured in carbon steel with surface treatment on the final product or in stainless steel. They are manufactured with universal or specific machines and use tube bending and flaring, welding, marking and leakage control technologies, with fully automated cells depending on the production. In cases of very high production, fully automated transfers are used, as is the case in the production of EGRs.

Airbag

Individual components and sub-assemblies for different functions such as air conduction to inflate the airbags and airbag housing. Made of carbon steel with zinc plating of the final product.

Stamping part

Individual components and sub-assemblies in carbon and stainless steels with integration of other components into the main part, such as small brackets and/or bolts and nuts, by means of different welding technologies. Parts made of carbon steel usually have a final surface treatment.

Shock absorber

Production of the outer sleeve or shock absorber body of the vehicle from high-strength carbon steel tubing. Made using internally developed “Elastoforming” technology.

Others

Individual components and sub-assemblies in different types and qualities of material and finishes depending on the part. Thus, tube, rod or sheet metal is used in materials such as carbon and stainless steels and final treatments such as chrome plating, zinc plating, polishing, etc.
